Refund & Returns Policy
Most of our Products are Handmade to Order, therefore we only offer returns/replacements on unused items. If the product is damaged or wrong on our part we will replace any items. Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. If any problems occur, send us an email with pictures for verification at firstname.lastname@example.org. For non Handmade items, you may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. After 3 consecutive days from time of ordering products, these products are literally made/prepared from scratch, we have a "no refund" policy due to time and/or work to make and/or process/prepare individualized detailed products for each individual customer's liking. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
